1. Jmenování skrutátorů zasedání.
2. Schválení pravidel pro hybridní zasedání Akademického senátu Univerzity Pardubice.
3. Schválení programu zasedání. 
4. Informace o činnosti předsednictva AS UPCE.
5. Volba místopředsedy Akademického senátu UPCE.
6. Plán realizace Strategického záměru Univerzity Pardubice pro rok 2024.
7. Vyjádření Akademického senátu Univerzity Pardubice k právním jednáním, kterými Univerzita Pardubice hodlá smluvně nabýt vlastnictví budovy předávací stanice tepla.
8. Volba předsedy ekonomické komise AS UPCE. 
9. Vyhlášení doplňujících voleb do AS UPCE ve volebním celku FZS.
10. Různé.

6. Schedule of the completion of the UPCE Strategic Plan for 2024.
7. Statement of the AS UPCE on the legal negotiations by which the University of Pardubice intends to contractually acquire the ownership of the heat transfer station building. 
8. Election of the Chair of the Economic Committee of the AS UPCE.
9. Announcement of the by-elections to the AS UPCE in the FEA electoral unit.
