The goal of Sustainable UPCE is to advance knowledge in the field of sustainable development. We aim to instil these principles not only in our students but also to stimulate public discussion and raise awareness of this socially valuable topic. We also strive to create, implement, and share examples of good practice. We recognise that if we want to promote socially responsible behaviour, we must lead by example. Our efforts in sustainable development are carried out through collaboration across the University’s departments and with partners at both national and international levels.
We align our work with the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In line with the UN SDGs, our socially responsible initiatives are founded on five key pillars: economic, environmental, social, ethical, and philanthropic.
