The mentoring programme team cordially invites you to the final gathering of the fourth year of the mentoring programme, which will take the form of an informal relaxed networking picnic — possibly with a touch of sports 😊.
This event is intended for doctoral students and academic/research staff who wish to connect, share experiences, and enjoy a pleasant afternoon together.
Date: Thursday, June 19, 2025, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Outdoor sports area below KTS (In case of bad weather: Room 01009, VO Titan Building)
What’s in store:
- A welcoming and friendly atmosphere
