Description:
The project objective is to improve the permeability of education at the university level through micro-credentials along with the digitalisation of activities aimed at ensuring education and administrative procedures applicable to a study agenda. This project is being conducted among of 26 public higher education institutions. The result of this cooperation is to arrange mutual compatibility of modes of solutions regarding micro-credentials and the digitalisation of relating areas. At the same time, the cooperation will generate a positive impact upon economy, effectiveness, and expediency in using financial means. In particular, the project will analyse the current situation in various types of documents at a national level; an analysis of foreign experience is to be carried out in order to identify the most relevant practices. The methodology is intended to be created for (a) the recognition of the existing education in courses that satisfy the requirements for issuing micro-credentials; (b) the proposal of a uniform format of micro-credentials; (c) unification of outcomes of individual forms of short-term courses through the ECTS credit system. The digitalisation of the agenda at issue will consist of a common on-line catalogue of courses offered by public higher education institutions satisfying the requirements for micro-credentials as well as the creation of a uniform system of verifying results of minor forms of education at higher education institutions including its repository.
