There are a couple of measures declared either by the goverment of the Czech Republic or the management of the university to help reduce the spread of COVID-19:

Face masks at UPa

Wearing a face mask or other protective gear reducing the spread of droplets are mandatory inside all university buildings.

International Office

There are no office hours due to the lockdown measures in March. We are available for you online. Urgent issues that require a personal visit need to be pre-arranged via email.

Accommodation

Students staying must meet the following conditions:

When boarding the Halls of Residence the student must provide one of the following documents:

  • an RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 virus with a negative result no older than 3 days, or
  • a POC test for the presence of the antigen of the SARS-CoV-2 virus with a negative result no older than 24 hours, or
  • a certificate of laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 disease (with no more than 180 days since the first positive POC test), or
  • a cerfiticate confirming finished Covid-19 vaccination at least 14 days before the submission

While staying at the Halls of Residence student must provide one of the above mentioned documents every 7 days.
