The Accommodation centre provides exchange/Erasmus+ students with accommodation at University dormitories.
To complete your reservation, you must follow these steps:
- Choose the type of room according to your preferences
- Choose your preferred method of payment
- Fill out this form for us
- Pay the reservation deposit of CZK7000 (for stays shorter than 1 month, the deposit is not needed)
- You will receive a confirmation from the accommodation office that your reservation is complete - please, pay attention to the dates and information provided before your arrival!
1. Choose type of room
We offer these types of rooms:
Large twin classic room with fridge
- large room for two with a fridge inside the room, no kitchen equipment
- pillow + duvet + bed linen set for each student
- bathroom, toilet and kitchen on each floor, shared with other students
- fixed internet connection + WIFI
- average accommodation price is around CZK6200 per person/month
- full accommodation deposit in amount of CZK13260
- new pricelist will be published in July 2026
One bedroom apartment - 2 single beds
- one bedroom apartment for two people
- pillow + duvet + bed linen set for each student
- includes bathroom and kitchen (with fridge, cooker and microwave, no kitchen equipment)
- fixed internet connection + WIFI
- average accommodation price is around CZK8200 per person/month
- full accommodation deposit in amount of CZK17420
- new pricelist will be published in July 2026
Twin classic room with fridge
- regular room classic with fridge, no kitchen equipment
- pillow + duvet + bed linen set for each student
- bathroom, toilet and kitchen on each floor, shared with other students
- fixed internet connection + WIFI
- average accommodation price is around CZK5700 per person/month
- full accommodation deposit in amount of CZK12155

We offer following methods of payment:
- Online payment with a bank card - we recommend this payment method
- Bank wire transfer to our bank account (takes couple of days to arrive, all depends on bank, country etc)

4. Pay the reservation deposit
In order to complete your reservation, you must pay the reservation deposit in amount of CZK7000.
This deposit serves as a partial payment of your accommodation deposit.
The accommodation deposit is set at 65 times the daily rate for a specific bed - see Pricelists | Univerzita Pardubice (upce.cz)
and is calculated by the ISKAM system upon student's check-in for the accommodation. The remaining part of the accommodation deposit must be paid by the accommodated person immediately when checking-in for the accommodation. This deposit then stays in your main account until the end of your accommodation.
Deadlines for reservation deposit payments for the upcoming semesters differ according to whether or not you need a VISA and are as follows:
For students who need a VISA:
Winter semester 2026/27: June 30, 2026
Summer semester 2027: December 18, 2026
For non-VISA students:
Winter semester 2026/27: August 31, 2026
Summer semester 2027: January 15, 2027
5. Receive confirmation of your reservation
Once we receive your reservation payment, we will confirm your reservation by email. If you requested proof of accommodation, we will send it to your coordinator, who will then send it to you.
6. ARRIVAL
Winter semester
You will be required to arrive between 14th September - 16th October 2026.
Please inform us about your arrival time by e-mail.
Summer semester
You will be required to arrive between 8th February - 28th February 2027.
Please inform us about your arrival time by e-mail.
Information for check-in
Check-in is possible daily from 6:00 am until 21:30 pm at the very latest.
Delayed arrivals must be reported in advance!
7. FAQ
What happens with the deposit if you don't arrive?
If you paid the deposit and you don't arrive, you have to contact the accommodation coordinator for Erasmus students about it at martina.rosslerova@upce.cz
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start of your accommodation, we charge a fee of CZK1000
If you cancel your reservation during the arrival period, we charge a fee of CZK2000
If you cancel your reservation after the arrival period, we charge a fee of CZK3000
