The President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and his wife Eva will visit the University of Pardubice for the first time.
Next Wednesday, the President and Eva Pavlová will meet with the University Executive Board, and the President will then take part in a discussion with students in the Arnošt z Pardubic auditorium. The First Lady, Eva Pavlová, will also visit selected research facilities at the university.
We warmly invite all our students to this special event in the Arnošt z Pardubic auditorium.
Participation in the discussion, which is reserved exclusively for University of Pardubice students, requires registration. A registration link and further information will be sent to students via their university email accounts. Registration will open tomorrow, on Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 10:00, via the internal system.
The discussion will be held in Czech without interpretation. The University of Pardubice will also invite its staff and the public to watch the event via an online livestream, available on the university website (upce.cz) and on its social media channels.
The auditorium, including the University Gallery (GU), will be closed to the public throughout the day for security reasons.
