We kindly ask you to go through the following steps.
- Create your PORTAL ACCOUNT
Go to the page of our Portal system.
Enter your email address (which you will be using for all communication with our university) for verification. Go to the link sent to your email and click on it. You will be redirected to your Portal account and you can register.
Complete the section „Personal data“ and click on „Add incoming study visit“. Click on the section „Incoming study visit“ and complete it:
- Expected date of arrival/departure
- Academic year – e.g. 2025/26
- Funding – 56 (CEEPUS)
- Travel type: semester(s) / virtual component (only if applicable)
- Incoming st. visit type – Short study stay
- Accommodation – Select “Yes” only if you would like a place in the university dormitory.
- Complete the data about your Home institution.
- Create your LEARNING AGREEMENT (LA) if needed
Will you attend classes at UPCE? Will you need a Transcript of Records at the end of your stay? If yes, please create your Learning Agreement (LA), contact your coordinator (see the list below), specify the content of your stay, and sign the LA. Then, have it signed by your sending institution and upload it in your Portal account in the section Incoming study visit.
- Upload your PHOTO – If you are staying for more than 14 days
Upload your photo in the Incoming study visit section in your Portal account. It will be used for the student ID card.
Use „Photo“ as the title of the uploaded file. The ideal photo is a colourful passport-sized photo of your face.
- Book your ACCOMMODATION
Please contact our Accommodation service at ubytovani@upce.cz or iskam@upce.cz. The Coordinator is Ms Martina Rösslerová. Please don´t forget to mention the exact dates of your stay and that you will be participating in the CEEPUS program.
