At the University of Pardubice we are shocked by the brutal attack at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University. This is an unprecedented act at the university that is supposed to be a safe space for all those who seek an education. We express our deep and sincere condolences to all the bereaved victims and our sympathy to all those injured.
You can join the commemoration together with students, management, staff and employees of the University of Pardubice at the Memorial Stone of the University of Pardubice next to the University Library.
Rector Libor Čapek, together with other rectors of Czech universities, attended the commemoration in Prague.
Support can also be expressed by making a donation to the UK Endowment Fund, which is announcing a collection to support the families of the victims, teachers and students affected by the shooting at the Faculty of Arts.
