Autorka představí nástroje, používané v procesu zvyšování efektivity výuky a dosažení vytyčeného zdokonalení komunikačních dovedností a také nástroje, použivané pro zajištění kompatibility cílových úrovní jazyka u absolventů. Autorka představí praktický vhled do diskutovaného problému a SWOT analýzu založenou na vlastních zkušenostech.
eng Implementing Presentation Skills Tools to Enhance Quality The paper addresses issues of quality assurance in terms of enhancing the quality of ESP teaching/learning outputs . The author is going to present instruments used in this process and their consequences for raising effective learning and achieving desired progress in communicative competence, as well as assuring compatibility with the target competence levels according to the graduate profiles. The discussed tools are concept of transferable/presentation and self-assessment skills training, system of student conferences and lately the introduction of another motivation tool shared teaching/video-conferencing. The author can provide practical insight in the problem issues and SWOT analysis based on hands-on experience.
