cze	bez titulu	Tento příspěvek se zabývá vybranými romány současné americké indiánské spisovatelky Louise Erdrichové z hlediska toho, jakou roli v nich hraje vztah k místu, k zemi. V díle Erdrichové není místo jen pouhou zeměpisnou danností či kulisou, ale je skutečným domovem, místem úzce spojeným s historií a mytologií kmene, s jeho minulostí i budoucností, s pojetím identity jedinců i celého společenství. Příspěvek proto dále rozebírá dopady ztráty půdy/země na jednotlivé postavy.
eng	Native American Continuity and Change in Louise Erdrich?s Work	The paper focuses on the way the contemporary Native American writer Louise Erdrich in her novels creates the sense of place. In Erdrich´s fiction, the land is not merely a geographical "locale" or "setting" but a true homeland, a place connected with the history and mythology of the people, with their past as well as future, and with their sense of identity and community. The paper analyzes the effects of the loss of the tribal land on the Chippewa characters.
