eng	The Challenge of Becoming a Learning Teacher: Some Notes on Change Agency in Czech Educational Context	The aim of the paper is to analyse how the phenomenon of change agency as one of the key concepts of the educational reform is being manifested in Czech educational context. Therefore, the point of learning potential of the reform is raised and the issues of learning teacher in a learning environment discussed. The empirical support of these concepts is then searched for by means of three small-scale investigations carried out at the University of Pardubice; additional references to some other research studies from Czech educational context are also provided. In accordance with the current stage of the reform, the main attention is paid mainly to the new role of teachers as curriculum designers.	educational reform, teacher
