eng	Informational Earthquake in Public Administration	The objective of the reform of public administration is to increase the quality of service of public administration, reduce expenses on its operation and establish a conception of public administration as a service to citizens. One of the basic starting-points is the creation of conditions for implementing modern information systems and technologies in public administration authorities. Just the introduction of information technologies into public administration and clear informational strategy are gaining ground in the focus of public administration these days, which is unique from the point of view of up-to-now development of applying information and communication technologies in this area - that is why in the title of this paper the situation is directly described as an informational earthquake. The paper captures the two most important present informational events in public administration, namely the establishment of the Ministry of Informatics, and the introduction of information technologies into communities with extended competency in state administration, in accordance with the reform of public administration.	public administration, informational strategy, the Ministry of Informatics
