The project fulfills goals as stated in the NPO challenge. These are issuing confirmations of studies in digital form while ensuring their verifiability, solving administrative requirements posed on students concerning study agenda during their whole studies and digitizing agendas under the authority of the universities, whether it means administrative activities of students or related activities of universities, automated circulation and digitization of documents as well as implementing the ?only once? principle in the study agenda. This includes appropriate development of information systems and other supporting systems. The necessary part of the project will be adapting the environment of information and other related systems connected to the operation of the study agenda, servicing the studies by students and by the university staff in order to pose minimum requirements for delivering documentation or data and to eliminate the need for physical presence of students at the university due to administering the study agenda, therefore making the information systems user-friendly for all parties involved, including language mutations and appropriate web design for various electronic devices. Development will include making circulation of information needed for the operation of the agenda as automated as possible or to enable electronic request for the information if the documentation is kept digitally and the verifiability of documents is ensured (for third parties also). The outputs will reduce the administrative burden of the study agenda. The goals and outputs of the project are directly related to the provision of educational activities and associated administration. They also include upgrading the qualifications or training of employees administering the study agenda, updating internal regulations if necessary, creating methodologies or adjusting internal procedures. The goals also focus on fulfilling the legislative conditions in the areas mentioned above
