University of Pardubice (Company ID: 00216275, with its registered office at Studentská 95, 532 10 Pardubice, Czech Republic) provides all interested parties with an information service related to activities at the University, planned events, study at individual faculties, etc. This information service is provided through e-mails with an electronic newsletter.

When processing personal data, the University of Pardubice acts as a personal data administrator.

By registering to receive information messages (newsletter), you give the University of Pardubice your voluntary consent to the collection, storage and processing of personal data (email addresses) contained in the registration form for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

The consent is given for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of your consent.

This consent is completely voluntary and you can revoke it at any time. To revoke it, use the link that is part of every information message we send you. Alternatively, you can revoke your consent by sending an e-mail to dpo@upce.cz.

In connection with this processing, you can exercise the rights conferred on you by Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In particular, you have the right to obtain information on whether and how your e-mail addresses are processed, what information messages we use them to send, etc.

If you assume that we process your e-mail addresses and use them for sending informational messages in breach of legal regulations, contact us via e-mail at dpo@upce.cz so that we can assess the specific case and rectify any non-compliance/errors.

You can also contact the supervisory authority, which is the Data Protection Department, with a motion or complaint concerning processing (http://www.uoou.cz).
