Tatiana Molková was born in 1966. She graduated from the College of Transport and Communication in Zilina, Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications (Slovakia) in 1989. She defended her Ph.D. thesis at Jan Perner Transport Faculty University of Pardubice in 1999.
From 1989 to 1992, she worked as a researcher in Computer Centre of Transport of Czechoslovak Railways in Bratislava (Slovakia), and after that she worked one year as a teacher at a secondary school of transportation in Trnava (Slovakia). Since 1993, she has been teaching and doing research at Jan Perner Transport Faculty of the University of Pardubice, firstly as a junior lecturer, later as a senior lecturer. In 2004, she was appointed Associate Professor in the field of Technology and Management in Transport and Telecommunications. In February 2014, she was appointed professor in Technology and Management in Transport and Telecommunications.
Her research activities are focused on quality management systems in transport, capacity issues mainly in railway transport and optimisation of transport operation and technology.
From March 2006 to January 2010, she was appointed the Vice-Dean of Jan Perner Transport Faculty for science and research and later for external affairs.
2010 - 2014 Tatiana Molkova has been appointed the Vice-Rector for Research of the University of Pardubice, since February 2014 the Vice-Rector for Internal Affairs and the Statutary Vice-Rector.

Born in 1968, he graduated from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Pardubice in 1991. He defended his PhD. thesis in organic chemistry in 1996 at the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the University of Pardubice. Since 1992, he works at the Department of Organic Chemistry, nowadays Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology of the Faculty of Chemical Technology. In years 2002 – 2012, he continued scientific work and lecturing in organic chemistry at the same Department as an Associate Professor. In February 2012, he was appointed professor in Organic Chemistry.
Professor Kulhanek is the author or co-author of 58 publications with more than 240 citations; regularly takes part at national or international scientific conferences. He also stayed as a post-doc at the Ludwig-Maxmilians University in Munich. At this time, his research concentrates on synthesis and studies of organic chromophores and its applications in optoelectronics.
In 2005, he was elected the Chairman of the Academic Senate of the University; in years 2006 – 2007 appointed the Vice-Dean of External Affairs of the Faculty of Chemical Technology.
Since February 1, 2014 Prof. Kulhanek has been appointed the Vice-Rector for Research of the University of Pardubice.

Jana Kubanová was born in 1958. She finished her Master studies at the Charles University in Prague in 1982. She worked as a teacher at a secondary school till 1992. Since 1992, she has been teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice. In 1994, she earned the PhD title at the Charles University in Prague. In 2004, she was appointed with the academic title Docent (Associate Professor) in the branch Applied Mathematics at the University of Žilina.
During the years 2002 - 2007, she was appointed the Vice-Dean for education of the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice.
In her educational activities she specializes on mathematical disciplines as probability theory, mathematical statistics, and application of the statistical methods in economy.
Her research is oriented to application of the statistical methods in practice and to the area of bootstrap methods application in economy and insurance theory.
She is an author of two monographs, four publications for foreign students, five textbooks.
She regularly publishes papers on statistics and bootstrap methods in professional journals (more than 20 articles abroad). She has presented her research results at more than seventy international conferences.
Since March 1, 2011, Jana Kubanová has been appointed the Vice-Rector for Development of the University of Pardubice.

Prof. PhDr. Petr Vorel, CSc. was born in 1963. He graduated in History and Russian from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague in 1986. After graduation, he worked in the Museum of Eastern Bohemia in Pardubice, initially as a historian and numismatist, from 1994 as the head of documentation.  He completed external research assistantship at the Institute of History of the Czech Academy of Sciences in 1994 and habilitated at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague in 1999. Since 2000, he has been a member of the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy of the University of Pardubice. He worked as the head of the Department of Historical Sciences from 2000 till 2006, held the office of the Vice-Dean for Research in the years 2006 and 2007, and was the Dean of the Faculty between 2007 and 2015. He was appointed professor at Palacky University in Olomouc in 2004.
Prof. Vorel is an author of many specialist books and scientific studies published in Czech and other languages (English, German, Italian, Polish) in Europe and the U.S. Themes of his specialist interest range from the local and regional history of the Pardubice region to the early modern times of the Czech Republic and Europe. Currently, he specializes in the economic and political history of central Europe and in the history of monetary circulation. Prof. Vorel is a member of the Learned Society of the Czech Republic and other domestic and foreign academic panels (Comenius Academic Club New York, Collegium Carolinum München, etc.).
He was appointed the Vice-Rector for Development as of 1st November 2015.
