I have forgotten to return books; how much will I have to pay (the reminder and late fee)?
The generated fee for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd reminders sent by post is 15,- Kč, for the reminders sent by e-mail 5,- Kč. For the 4th reminder, which is sent by registered post, the fee of 50,- Kč is generated.

The late fee is 1 Kč per one document for the working days.

Is the late fee charged for every day even if the library is closed?
Yes, because the user have the possibility for returning the books every Monday (from 9 a.m. till noon and from 1 p.m. till 4 p.m.) and via the Czech Post.

What are the compensation fees in case of a document loss?
The basic amount of money is the original price of the document.
50% of the original price are added to the price of the book published before 1990.
25% of the original price are added to the price pf the book published from 1990 to 2000.
For the books published after 2000 there is no additional charge.
The charge of 50,- Kč is added to each copy of the  lost document.
