What is my Login and Password into the My account application (or into the SafeQ application for printing)?
Your login (so called NetID) is marked on your user card, under your name.
There are 3 offices you gain the password – 1) the information desk on the 1st floor in the University Library, 2) the Copy Center in the Transport Faculty, 3) the Card Center on the groundfloor in the Rectorate building.

Is it possible to have the Login and Password sent by e-mail?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The password can be generated only when you come to the library in person. You must have your user card with you. The passwords are generated at the following offices: the information desk UL the 1st floor, the Copy Center at the Jan Perner Transport Faculty or the Card Center in the Rectorate building on the ground floor.
