The Faculty of Economics and Administration combines education, practical training and research activities. This system of education provides the students with the latest research findings within their field of study. The academic staff  integrates the research results into lectures with the aim to prepare the students for their professional careers.

Approximately 2 500 students are enrolled to the faculty, including international students from all the continents. The faculty offers a vibrant study environment with dynamic teaching approaches, a large variety of courses and programmes (4 study programmes and 20 specializations) offered in Czech and English, as well as good sport and leisure facilities and support services.

Our faculty, which has  the highest number of students, celebrated  20 years of  foundation ( 1991 ) in November 2011. Employess of Faculty and their guests  were celebrating this birthday on Thursday, 3^rd November at Pardubice castle. Important representatives of Pardubice town were invited and presented their congratulations. Rector  prof. Ing. Miroslav Ludwig, CSc.  and  Dean doc. Ing. Renáta Myšková, PhD.  shortly noticed  not only faculty´s  anniversary  but also future directions and development of our Faculty.

Faculty of Economics and Administration offers also the student-to-student programme, so called "buddy" programme ensures a smooth study start. On the arrival so called "buddy" helps a foreign student to integrate and overcome the difficulties, meet other students and assist with practical matters during the first weeks. The Faculty of Economics and Administration also helps the incoming students with the application procedures, visa information and accommodation.
