The Department of Graphic Arts and Photophysics is located in Technological Pavilion of UP in Doubravice. The town of Pardubice lies at the railways crossing of lines Prague – Olomouc, and Havlíčkuv Brod – Liberec, and in the town there are a number of local bus lines operating. The local passenger transport services comprise twenty bus lines. The fare is CZK 16. All buildings of the University of Pardubice can be reached by trolley bus line No. 3 (from the bus stop Railway station in the direction to Lázně Bohdaneč).
