Main scientific attention is given to:

• physico-chemical characterization of film and bulk materials, i.e., surface and bulk properties,
• relations between structure, bonding character, composition of materials
• properties with a special focus on solid state chemical reactions, electrical conductivity, photoinduced processes, using complex characterization of optical properties.
